Fee Structure

Ideally, a lump sum amount is agreed for the litigation services before our engagement for a particular case. The clients who have cases on regular basis can also agree with us on a reduced/discounted rate for the cases.

Our charges for non-litigation services are normally time-based. A retainer agreement can also be executed depending on the frequency of work under which a fixed monthly amount is charged to the clients with certain free hours.

Out of pocket expenses including traveling, lodging, telephone, printing, photocopying, etc. are chargeable separately at actuals or as an agreed pre-estimated amount. While normally such expenses are charged at actuals, in appropriate cases fixed pre-estimated charges could also be invoiced subject to mutual consent.
